The Retreat at Fredericksburg

The Retreat is a fully unrestricted private property. No noise limits, no vendor restrictions, and parking for around 100 vehicles. If you want to run the day yourself, bring your own vendors and plan it your way. You can either pay an event fee (starting at $500 for under 30 guests, up to $3,000 for 151 or more) and bring your own vendors, or book an all-inclusive package that covers the venue, food, and florals. The package replaces the event fee. Either way, a 4-night minimum applies, reducible for shorter-notice dates, so ask us. For something smaller, ask us about our elopement package. The event fee covers up to 100 white folding chairs, ten 6-foot round tables seating 10 each, a frozen margarita machine, karaoke, a virtual photo booth, Sonos indoor/outdoor sound, an ice chest, and a custom-built bar. Invoicing is handled through Square. Extra guests beyond 16 are charged $25/person/night. Once the Villa is booked, domes and mirror houses are available at 20% off. Bring your own alcohol. Bartenders can be arranged for an added fee. Events require Special Event Liability Insurance: minimum $1M coverage, host liquor liability included, with the venue named as additional insured.
