The Sanctuary at Fredericksburg

The Sanctuary has no vendor restrictions. Bring whoever you want to cook, pour, and play. Residential neighbors are in the far distance, so it's preferred that DJs turn down the bass after midnight on weekends. The land holds parking for around 100 vehicles. The event setup includes up to 100 white folding chairs, 10 round tables, a pergola that seats 18, and a wedding arch. Weddings require a minimum of 5 houses near the vineyard (sleeping up to 47 guests combined) plus an event fee based on guest count: $500 for under 30 guests up to $3,000 for 151 or more. A 4-night minimum applies, reducible for shorter-notice dates, so ask us. Payment plans are available, and cancellations made 60 days or more before the event receive a full refund. Extra guests beyond 40 are charged $25/person/night. Events require Special Event Liability Insurance: minimum $1M coverage, host liquor liability included, with the venue named as additional insured. Proof must be provided before the event date.
